  Video or audio "stutter" when using effects on photo sequences

Bug description:
  Hi, I have a couple of problem when creating video form photo sequences. The first is shown here:

  When playing the resulting file, the animation on the second and third
  photo is "blocky", not fluid at all. Audio sound ok in my PC, but it
  stutters badly during the effect on two independent players I have.

  When editing, the sound stutters a lot in preview, exactly in the same
  way it does on the top-box players.

  Anyone is experiencing similar things? I have natty with this:
