That warning means that the file is not seekable, so any cuts that are
made won't work properly for example.

If you follow the instructions here -
https://answers.launchpad.net/openshot/+faq/983 then you will most
likely see problems when playing/seeking with that file.

But it's not a problem we can fix in OpenShot, as the file support comes
from FFMpeg & MLT.
