Has this been addressed yet.  Of course the clip length must change.  If
it doesn't change then you wont have the full clip in slow motion.

Bug description:
  When changing the speedof a clip, say decreasing to 1/5. the length of
  the clip stays the same. In most cases, it would be preferable to
  increase the size of the clip (in this example: times 5).
