  I have a series of videos that are between 1 and 5 frames long. They
  play in Totem and VLC but display only as white in Openshot 1.4.5 (64

- Load the attached file into Openshot
+ 1) Does the video play and seek correctly with "ffplay"?
+ Yes

+ 2) Does the video play and seek correctly with "melt"?
+ No

+ Seems stream 0 codec frame rate differs from container frame rate: 30000.00 (30000/1) -> 29.97 (30000/1001)
+ Input #0, avi, from '270_kc_edit.mp4_cut.avi':
+   Metadata:
+     encoder         : Lavf53.21.1
+   Duration: 00:00:00.13, start: 0.000000, bitrate: 6942 kb/s
