Title:
adding support for user customized title templates

Status in OpenShot Video Editor:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
I'm developing a video tutorial of a piece of web software - and I add
footer text as captions to explain what's going on in the video.... It
would be nice if I could customize the title templates, making it
radically different than any of the others (ie grey stripe background,
black text, much smaller font, etc).

I can modify the SVG files in inkscape, but even if I place them in
  the /usr/share/pyshared/openshot/titles/16x9 (or 4x3) directories,
they won't show up in the list. It would be nice to be able to add new
title templates from the menu itself, or at least allow for a user-
specific .openshot/titles directory that I can add my own customized
title templates to. There should be a GUI means to add or at least
  modify/clone/import title templates.

For right now the only thing I could think of is to modify one of the
exiting SVG files, ie Footer_1.svg, to my own liking. Seems less than
  ideal.

Other than that I'm really happy.
