Normal than OS upscale your video bad. You don't have used the good
preset which is most important that people thinks. You have found a good
solution but you should try to create your own preset with the
appropriated tool done for that. Its need a bit of practise. good luck.

  Hello,
  i am using ubuntu 12.04 openshot v1.4.0 and it run very good and work without problem just one problem i have is with exporting, after exporting video the quality is too bad, actually very very bad quality :(
