  OpenShot Video Editor has lost time cursor

Bug description:
  I'm running Debian Wheezy 64bit (vmlinuz-3.2.0-4-amd64) net-install,
  and OpenShot Video Editor (1.2.4) apt-get, recently it has crashed
  several times with no warning, just blank screen! Now the red cursor
  that moves along the timeline has vanished!

  I have 'apt-get purge openshot' then 'apt-get install openshot'

  In the command shell :
