NO. For the moment, you must go to the folder src and open a console and type python launch.py. And that's all.
Just check your python version i.e. python 3.xxx or python 2.xxx by default.
If it is python 2.7.xx type python3 launch.py.
Anyway, you should wait than JOnathan update libopenshot otherthise you will like us since several months, unable to run it.
He is trying to update it currently. Crossed fingers each update on Ubuntu is a paint with a lot of chess.
