  New feature : Partial render

Bug description:
  Hi,
  I report in English a request for a French user who have not put this one on the good place.
  This person would like to have the possibility to do a partial render (for sample the frist 30 seconds of a project of several minutes.) Like this the user could do some tests before to do the final render  of all project. 
  The other idea behind this request could be to have the possibility to do a render of a part of the project, whatever the lenght of this one (and here, it is not a short test). Like this the user will avoid to realize too much cut and paste pieces of the puzzle.
