[Bug 1599582] [NEW] Video-Preview is not in correct aspect ratio and could not be corrected

OS: Debian 8 (jessie) x64
Installation: ran the AppImage (which is nice!)
Version: 2.0.7

I am using the DVD/PAL setting. Imported files are 4:3 aspect ratio but are displayed in 16:9 aspect ratio in the video preview window.
The file is correctly displayed in vlcplayer (version 2.2.4 Weatherwax).

  built with gcc 4.9.2 (Debian 4.9.2-10)

Target: display files in correct DAR in preview-window and/or create
button in extended view to switch DAR.
