I noticed that after getting the help file from package manager, the
help file then appeared, and the error message disappeared

  When clicking on "Help" in the menu bar, the following error results,
  with the last line a hyper-link that presumably searches for the
  missing files(the search fails).

  Document Not Found
  The URI 'ghelp:openshot' does not point to a valid page
  Search for packages containing this document

  When I list the contents of the rpm, the likely missing document files
  are listed as follows

  /usr/share/doc/packages/openshot
  /usr/share/doc/packages/openshot/AUTHORS

  /usr/share/doc/packages/openshot/README
