Exporting only gives 29.97 FPS as an option -- not 30 FPS.  When I tried
exporting with 29.97 FPS I still had a trucation.

Bug description:
  generating video from image sequence drops frames at end.
  For example,
  i've used openshot to successfully create an image sequence from a video (no more than 20 seconds long).
  I've chopped up the sequence (and appropriately renamed and renumbered) 
  so that the software doesn't have to deal with too many files at once;
  I've got a sequence of around 212 png files. 
  If I then import that image sequence and export to video, 
  the result leaves a good many frames missing.
