Installed from executable "OpenShot-v2.1.0.exe"
(I have no idea what the rest of the bug reporting guidelines requested information refers to)

All I know is that upon starting the launch icon, I get an error message and nothing else happens.
I would have copied and pasted the error message here but the error reporting window does not allow highlighting/copying, so I made a screenshot instead which can be found in the attached screenshot.
