I'm running Open Shot on Ubuntu 14.04. I installed Open Shot 1.4.3 via
Synaptic.  The other day Open Shot froze, as it sometimes does, and when
I restarted it, after restarting the computer, and clicked on my project
in "open recent projects," it wouldn't open. When I try and open the osp
file through the "open" tab, I get this message:

There was an error opening this project file.  Please be sure you open
the correct *.osp file.

When I go directly to the osp file and click on "open with open shot,"
the program tries to open but freezes up almost immediately.

I'm guessing that open shot froze in the middle of saving the file and
corrupted it instead of saving it. Is there any way to fix the file, or
am I going to have to start the project all over again?
