I would close this request as 'Bad error message' or "wrong error
message'. The real problem was the disk fell back into a "lock" state
and OpenShot could not read the file. Once I unlocked the disk,
everything was fine.

Bug description:
   I was editing VOB files for the past couple weeks. Today Openshot
  said it does not support VOB files.
