[Bug 1869177] [NEW] Playhead goes past video clip end, but continues to play clip

Public bug reported:

I opened Openshot via a 13 second video file using Nautilus. I dragged the file from Project Files into my top video track. All others are empty. Deleting all others made no difference. The video sits at the very start of the track.
I click the play button on the viewer.
The playhead passes along the video in the track and shows on the video previewer.
The playhead passes the end of the video in the track before the video has ended, and the video keeps playing while the playhead has no videos under it.
Then the video stops playing.
I can pause the video, slide the play head back and forwards to change what is on the player, and everything behaves as if the video object showing in the track was a longer object. Zooming in and out behaves normally and makes no difference to this curious behaviour.

Okay, I explored some more. I added a clip that was over a minute long. It does the same thing. Then I just moved the playhead to the 3 minute mark, and pressed the marker button. The blue drop on the timeline that it made is 3 seconds to the left of the playhead. The playhead at 5:00:01 leaves a marker at 04:48:08 when the button is clicked.
2:00:00 --> 01:55:06
5:00:01 --> 04:48:08

I closed and restarted Openshot and it still behaves the same.

Email me if you have any questions.

Tim.
