  razor tool more precision using key frames exactly

Status in OpenShot Video Editor:
  Triaged

Bug description:
  It's a combination of severals small requests. Have the number of the
  keyframe (0 --> the last frame of the clip)somewhere near the zoom bar
  or in the icon timeline toolbar, possibilitie having a very precision
  cutting the clip with the razor tool. We can same imagine to have a
  little window displaying the exact informations.
