I need to add the new /export_presets/ folder to the setup.py script.  TJ, I
guess you need to modify your packaging rules to include it also?

Olivier, can you test this out.  Try launching openshot with this command:
$ LANG=fr_FR openshot

I will look into making the locale stuff more generic, such as using "fr"
instead of "fr_FR".
