No, if anything my own video-editors PPA is more bleeding-edge. Its
purpose is to contain any and all video editing packages and supporting
libraries I'm experimenting with, because I usually want the most recent
from the project's VCS.

No, only mention the OpenShot PPA.

There is no need to mention my own PPA. Once I have good builds of
packages that OpenShot requires I do a binary-package copy from my PPA
to the OpenShot PPA so that everything OpenShot requires is available
from its own archive.
This saves on uploading and building the same source in two PPAs.
