Checked in 0.9.43: now, when inkscape is not installed when trying to
change a title, a message box appears. Bug is solved.

Status in OpenShot Video Editor: Fix Released

Bug description:
These functions, related to titles, do not work when inkscape is not installed:
- menu-item 'Edit title' in Project Files
- when creating a title 'Use Advanced Editor' does not work

It's OK for them not to work, but it is better to provide some feedback, something like 'Function is available only when inscape is installed.' or something like that.
