Ckecked in 0.9.43: removing the marker does not change the scal anymore,
so that works fine. There is however a small flickering when removing
the marker due to repainting the panel, but that is purely cosmetic. Big
solved.

Bug description:
When removing a marker, every single element in the project seems to have been removed also. However, the're still there, because when touching the zoom slider, the elements re-appear.
