Checked in 0.9.43: the timeline is now static, Openshot is (again) more

Status in OpenShot Video Editor: Fix Released

Bug description:
This might just be personal preference, but right now the timeline block scrolls when you scroll the track tab.  It is like the timeline is interpreted as a track

This make it a bit cumbersome when you have several tracks and you have to keep scrolling up to see where in the track you are or to see your markers or to move the current position without using the seek button.

Is there any way to at least have an option to leave the timeline in place and scroll the tracks separately?
