Status in OpenShot Video Editor: Fix Released

Bug description:
When importing files, the default dir is ~/. That's OK. 

When importing a file from another location, say ~/Movies, the second (subsequent) time when importing a file, each time the starting dir is reverted to ~/. This works inefficient, it should remember the last visited dir and start there.
