I think this is a different issue. The audio stuttering issue does not make
the video play slow, it just skips audio samples during playback. You might
take a look at your system monitor and see what the CPU and Memory are doing
when the playback is slow.

Bug description:
When previewing a video the audio stutters terribly. When I export a video all is fine (no audio-stuttering). I use mostly Raw-DV format but other formats (AVI, MPEG, VOB) has the same problem. This is with the 32-bits Ubuntu 9.04 deb versions, OpenShot version 0.9.22. Computer is a P4 2.4GHz with 1Gig of RAM.
