I haven't seen anything like that - I just tried again using the same
transition/title as you and didn't have any problems.
It could well be a graphics problem - I get a similar thing occasionally
where my whole screen goes like what you saw (not when using Openshot) and I
end up having to restart, that is definitely a graphics problem for me.
