  Interlacing artifacts when downconverting HD to DV PAL Widescreen

Status in OpenShot Video Editor:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  When downconverting HD videos (whether interlaced or progressive)
  using the profile DV PAL Widescreen you get nasty interlacing
  artifacts on the resulting videos.

  DV PAL Widescreen is needed because the PAL DVD players need an
  anamorphic format for Widesreen in SD

  I have attached a new MLT profile which fixes the problem

  I have called it "Anamorphic PAL Widescreen"
