  scroll timeline on dragging clips to the edge

Bug description:
  Moving clips to a faraway position on the timeline is not easy now,
  one needs to move it to the edge, scroll, move, scroll, move and so
  on. Zooming out helps a bit, but then the clip might become very
  small.
