  openshot inserts an extra black frame when exporting to PAL DVD

Status in “openshot” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  To reproduce:

  1. Open any project
  2. Export video...
  3. Select DVD PAL.

  Watch the outputted video in slow motion in eg. mplayer and you will
  see the extra black frame. It's also very obvious if you set the video
  to loop. This doesn't happen with other formats, although some of them
  do have their own similar bugs, eg https://launchpad.net/bugs/922196
