Message #00013
OpenStack APS Project -- Current State Of Affairs
Juan:
As per our yesterday's agreement, you/Mamasu team should do the following:
1) Create user stories covering our current release scope and move them to
launchpad. Inform me of the current status by marking some in-progress user
stories as ones that are being worked on (using the standard launchpad
controls).
2) Send me the latest version of the SRS that you've been working on.
3) Send me a link to the development sandbox along with credentials and
instructions, which should enable me to play around with OpenStack APS as
it's worked on. The developer never sent me the link after your email.
4) Upload the code that has been written to stackforge (I provided you with
the link) and let me know.
As of now, I've only got some superficial user story descriptions with no
mockups and stuff. All the other action items have not been executed.
*Please mind that all the stuff outlined above should be received and
reviewed by me tomorrow (Tuesday, September 16th) the latest (before our
regular sprint review meeting). In our opinion, the Mamasu team have not
been making a lot of progress over time, and we are not fine with that.
Tomorrow I should understand what you have done and what needs to be done.
Now I've not seen anything other than some SRS and incomplete user stories.*
*Please mind that the delivery dates indicated in the SoW document have
already been passed.*
Hope for your understanding.
Thanks.
Kind Regards,
Dmitry.
