Re: Today's Sprint Review Meeting (Tuesday, September 16th) - Meeting Summary
Hi Dmitry,
We were talking about which Use Stories could be fully developed on this first sprint and our compromise is about this following list:
* UC1.1 List Datacenter
* UC1.2 Create Datacenter
* UC1.4 Delete Datacenter
* UC2.1 List IPPools
The idea is to develop this use stories end to end.
On yesterday’s call we had some doubts about UC1.3 Edit Datacenter and we decide to talk more about this in order to clarify details about this use story. We are not able to complete UC1 before this discussion.
Regards,

Asunto: Re: [Openstack-aps-package-dev] Today's Sprint Review Meeting (Tuesday, September 16th) - Meeting Summary
Hi Juan:
The email is iust a gentle reminder (so we don't forget) that tonight I expect you should be able to send me information regarding which user stories you are committing yourself to working on/completing by the end of sprint-1 (UI + back-end integration, so Data Centers can be created, for instance; it shouldn't just be a fake UI).
Also, please be sure to update all the other user stories to reflect the current SRS use case breakdown structure.
Thanks.
Kind Regards,
Dmitry.

Hi Juan:
Following our regular sprint review meeting, I would like to share with you a short summary plus our action items:
Demonstrated/discussed:
1) An updated SRS + new stuff being introduced
2) Sandbox with a number of screens that have been created so far (DataCenter UI, IP Pools/IPs UI). No integration with the back-end is available so far.
3) Plans on what we need to accomplish within sprint-1
4) Other stuff like helping the Mamasu team get up to speed on OpenStack.
Action items:
1) Juan and the team are going to discuss which user stories they can commit themselves to accomplishing by the end of Sprint-1(Tuesday, September 23rd) (by completing I mean fully functional and tested screens, UIs integrated with the back-end). Juan will inform me in due course (so I can update Launchpad), or Juan is welcome to update the stories with sprint-1 by himself. Either variant would work for me.
2) Today we introduced a number of changes in the SRS, which were put down by Juan in the document. Juan and the team will update the SRS/all mockups accordingly.
3) All the user stories should be updated to contain links to their mockups, the SRS being updated to reference the mockups as well.
4) I am sharing a document with Juan/the team with a number of links that I have on OpenStack/OpenStack APIs (tomorrow). This is likely to benefit the Mamasu team assigned to the project.
5) I had a meeting with Andrew and got a new statement of the problem: figure out what the KVM hypervisor limitations are in regards to RAM overhead/processor overcommitment when creating VMs. Andrew, you are welcome to elaborate on the statement if it's missing some crucial things.
6) Tomorrow I am going to install the VPN client that Juan dropped me a link to and try to connect to the VPN (so I can access the sandbox). I will follow up with Juan on that tomorrow.
Guys, please let me know if I have missed out anything. Thanks.
Kind Regards,
Dmitry.
