Thank you for the explanation.
We checked Ceilomenter. Indeed the service openstack-ceilometer-api didn't
respond correctly.
We've restarted it, now it should work fine.
We are investigating the cause of this issue. But it shouldn't affect you.
Please let me know if there are any other issues.
