Hi All

Here are the (slightly late) release notes for the 15.07 OpenStack charm
release:

The delay was caused by a few issues found during final release
testing, and then we held the release a few days in order to coincide
with 1.24.4 of juju-core, containing an fix to the new
leadership-election functionality required in environments with HA
state servers.

I'll also be doing a wider communication and blog post tomorrow when I
get a few moments.
