Hello folks,

I'd like to have a system to keep track of all the requests coming in 
from the community, from the notifications of spelling mistakes on 
openstack.org all the way to the management of the sponsorship queues 
for the summit. This is *not* for OpenStack development.

I've played a bit with the good old Request Tracker 
http://bestpractical.com/rt/ and it seems to do its job:

- create requests with email
- manage responses/comments via email
- basic reporting (general activity, open tickets, etc)

Is anybody interested in running RT for the community? I can provide the 
server if somebody wants to take care of the installation/maintenance of 
RT. If you're familiar with similar tools that would do a similar/better 
job I'm happy to discuss alternatives.
