Re: dbhtml stop-chunking

 

It causes the HTML output to create a single file until the next major
<section>. That means there are fewer tiny pages with little content and
should keep the comment threads condensed on a single HTML page for a
topic. I've added it as a judgement call to the
http://wiki.openstack.org/Documentation/Conventions page.
