Hi everyone,

Just wanted to let you know that I've gotten a note from Diane Fleming, and she's asked to be removed from core. She says:

> I haven't been able to contribute lately, but hope to again soon. Until then, please pass that honor onto someone else!

Accordingly, I'll make the changes, and post a note to the mailing list explaining.

I'd like to thank Diane for all her contributions to our team. She's been a powerhouse core team member since well before I did my very first OpenStack patch, and I think it's fair to say that many of us wouldn't be here without Diane's support and guidance.
