Hey John,

So, the Rackspace Cloud Builders team, of which 5 people from the PPB
are on, had an all-hands meeting this past week in San Antonio. It
took away some work time, but overall was an excellent opportunity to
see the places where we've had some duplication of effort.

Monty is setting up a demo environment of Gerrit that he plans to walk
people through and get a thumbs up or thumbs down on. Gerrit is a tool
that Google's Android Open Source team wrote to address the very
issues we've had with GitHub's pull requests not having adequate
granularity in its statuses.

Monty and Jim Blair's #1 priority is getting this done. I will ask
Monty to provide a full briefing to the POC list today.
