Hey!

I've got two things I'd love to add - although I know I missed the
cutoff (I can do them next week as well if we're skipping this week)


- I'd like to get buy in on:
http://wiki.openstack.org/ProjectTestingInterface

- My team has been working on a second copy of the OpenStack CI
infrastructure that we'd like to offer up for the use of "satellite"
projects - really anything that's related to OpenStack but isn't on
track for becoming core. I'd like to get PPB blessing on it as a
resource we provide for folks.

This week? Next week?
