Hi, fellowship of the PPB,

Monty and I would like to push the following agenda item for discussion
during tomorrow's PPB meeting:

This is the CI team and release team latest attempt to solve the issues
we have with Python client libraries being released with the same
cadence and versioning as their server counterparts.
