I will take a look at the proposal later on. However, I might point out
that one of the things we asked Cinder to come up with was an easy
public demo of their project. Perhaps you might want to work with Monty
Taylor's team to put up an example working HEAT over OpenStack API
domain on the stackforge.org domain? You could use the existing CI
machines I'm sure for this kind of thing...
