This sounds like something we can take care of through email. 

It is super valuable to find somebody with the right balance of user vs contributor involvement in OpenStack, and who is already relatively vocal in the community. Ryan definitely embodies this.

I'm not going to offer up alternate suggestions as those that I see in my little bubble are all on the developer side of things.
