Folks, I noticed that there a number of bugs that are assigned and are 
In Progress where it is not clear whether the assignee is actually 
working on them. If you are the assignee of a bug In Progress and do not 
expect to submit a fix in the next few weeks, please change the status 
to confirmed. If you do not think you are going to fix it then please 
unassign yourself  from the bug.
