Hello everyone,

It is my great pleasure to announce the first milestone of OpenStack
Cloud Storage (Swift) for the Diablo development cycle: 1.4.0.

You can find it at [1], with a list of implemented blueprints and fixed
bugs.

Packages of Swift 1.4.0 for Ubuntu will be made available in a specific
"last milestone" PPA in the following days. For those who can't wait,
you can enable the milestone-proposed PPA at [1] and install
"1.4.0~20110531.r303-0ubuntu0ppa1" from there: it's the same as 1.4.0.
