Oh sure -- I was trying to put both "debian" and "ubuntu" in the list
name, "openstack-packaging@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx" sounds a bit ubuntu-centric
and "debian packaging" actually applies to Ubuntu as well.

But I agree "openstack-packaging@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx" is shorter and
reasonably neutral :)
