Hello everyone,

Our team meeting will take place at 21:00 UTC this Tuesday in
#openstack-meeting on IRC. PTLs, if you can't make it, please name a
substitute on [2].

By the time of the meeting, we'll be past the milestone branch point for
Glance/Nova diablo-4, so features will need an exception to get in
between D4 and the release branch point (opening of Essex). We'll review
the missed features during the meeting and see what can still get in and
what should wait for Essex.

We'll also have a look at the D4-targeted bugs to see what needs to be
fixed before D4 release (scheduled for Thursday, Aug 25).
