A very minor point ...

The tarballs that appear here:

  http://nova.openstack.org/tarballs/

contain nice detailed ChangeLog files, but the milestone release
tarballs end up having the majority of the entries combined into a
single "Merge diablo-4 development from trunk" entry.

It's probably down to the merging you're doing when preparing the
release. Someone who actually knows something about bzr might be able to
fix the NovaLogFormat plugin to DTRT :-)
