Hello folks,

The Quantum Diablo-4 Milestone has been released.

Major new features completed during this milestone included:
- API extensions framework
- Cisco plugin + associated extensions
- v1.0 release of API

We also made significant steps toward getting Quantum integrated with both
Nova and the OpenStack Dashboard project, though more work remains with
respect to Nova/Quantum integration.
