Note that we made a few improvements to the UDS model over time:
- Have 25min sessions for small topics to keep the event within 3 days
(all UDS sessions are ~55min, and UDS lasts for 5 days)
- Have extra room(s) with adhoc schedule (unconference) (UDS requires
everything to have a session)
- Do not require a LP blueprint for every session (UDS has a 1 to 1
relationship between sessions and blueprints)
- Using Etherpad instead of Gobby (an ODS improvement that UDS recently
decided to adopt back)
- Use odsreg + sched.org instead of summit + guidebook for scheduling
Things they still do better than us:
- Wifi network
- Remote participation
...?
