Where can I find the spec for Swift blueprint, ring builder web service.   In particular, I am looking for the definitions of new Swift RESTful API used by the web UI to perform "listing, addition, deletion, modification, and rebalancing of the devices in the ring."   And if the ring builder web service does not use RESTful API to communicate with Swift, what is the mechanism being used.
