Hi,

I was able to login to OpenStack dashboard from my PC but after I
rebooted my PC, trying to login failed with this message:


Error: Unable to communicate with identity service:
[Errno 111] Connection refused. (HTTP 400)


I rebooted Nova controller, it didn't help! Any idea what to do to fix it?
