Yep, though the existing support is a thin extension over the 
original deltacloud Rackspace driver, so is limited to the 1.0
version of the openstack compute API.

However work is under way on a new deltacloud driver for the 
v1.1/2.0 compute API, see:

  https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/DTACLOUD-130
